Automated pneumatic assembly and testing line

The devices are designed to automate repetitive processes such as gripping, positioning, transferring, assembling, testing, cleaning and sorting products or samples. Several workstations can be integrated into a single solution, ensuring the automatic transfer of the product through the entire process.

Automated handling between workstations – Products are placed on a dedicated table, pallet or in prepared fixtures. The manipulator automatically picks them up with a pneumatic gripper and moves them to the selected work, assembly or testing station.
Servo-controlled axes enable the adjustment of positions, speeds and movement sequences, while pneumatic cylinders and grippers perform vertical movements, gripping, turning and other auxiliary operations.

Product identification and traceability – A barcode reader can be installed on the device to identify products or samples. Process data can be entered manually or retrieved from an information system.
The serial number, processing date and time, production line, number of completed repetitions and the result of each individual process can be recorded for each product. The device can also be connected to a computer, control system or database.

If desired, we can include remote notification of a completed cycle, device error or communication interruption.
