Custom Industrial Impregnation Tanks
Impregnation tanks for the controlled impregnation of various materials and semi-finished products in oil or another process medium.
We adapt the equipment to the dimensions of the products, the required temperature and process duration, the quantity of liquid, the method of inserting the material, and the required level of automation. The system can consist of one or more interconnected or independently controlled tanks.
Controlled process – the operator display shows the set and current temperature, the remaining process time, the status of the heaters, the liquid level in each tank, current alarms and warnings, electricity consumption, and a graph of temperature movement during the process.
Hydraulic lifting of the working pallet – the material is placed in the tank on a dedicated pallet or lifting platform. The hydraulic system enables the controlled lowering of the pallet into the process liquid and its lifting after the process is completed – for draining.
The tank lid is equipped with hydraulic opening and closing.
Process data control and recording – the equipment is operated via a touchscreen, on which the operator sets the temperature, process duration, oil pumping, and operation of each tank.
Oil pumping and filtration – The system can include pumps, motorized valves, and piping connections for pumping oil between the impregnation tanks and external storage tanks.
During pumping, the oil is routed through pressure filters that retain mechanical impurities. Regular filtration or cleaning of the oil contributes to a more stable process, a lower quantity of impurities in the tank, and a longer service life of the process liquid.
