Automatic Serpentine Tube Bending Machine

A dedicated machine for the automatic bending of tubes and production of cooling coils. In a single work process, the machine feeds the tube, performs sequential bending, forms the coil, and cuts the finished product.

The entire process runs automatically according to the selected recipe, enabling repeatable coil production and rapid adaptation of production to different product dimensions and shapes.

The entire process in a single machine:

The tube is fed directly from the coil and guided through the feeding and guiding assembly. Controlled rollers ensure the tube moves through the machine, while the forming mechanism gradually bends it into the required cooling coil shape.
Once the programmed bending sequence is complete, the machine automatically cuts the tube. The finished coil is then ready for removal and further processing or installation.
Combining all operations in a single device reduces the need for manual transfer of tubes between different workstations.

Recipe-based production

The machine is operated via a touchscreen. The operator selects the appropriate recipe and starts the automatic production cycle.

Recipes enable quick changeover between different cooling coil designs without lengthy machine readjustment. Depending on the machine configuration, the recipe can define the tube length, number and arrangement of bends, and final coil dimensions.

Copper Tube Consumption Monitoring

The machine monitors copper tube consumption during production. This gives the operator better insight into the amount of material used for an individual product or production batch.

Consumption data enables more accurate material planning, easier control of production costs, and comparison of actual consumption with the projected values.
