Custom hydraulic presses tailored to the product, technological process, and customer’s requirements. We design the press according to the required pressure, working stroke, installation height, tool dimensions, workpiece insertion method, and required production cycle.

Hydraulic presses are suitable for pressing on, assembly, insertion, compression, straightening, and other processes in which controlled pressure and a precisely defined final tool position are important.

Pressure and Position Control: during the working process, the press can monitor the current pressure, hydraulic pressure, and position of the hydraulic cylinder.

The following can be set for each process:

• desired height or final pressing position
• minimum required pressure
• maximum permitted pressure
• approach and pressing speed
• holding time under load
• tool retraction height, permitted pressure and final height tolerances.

Adaptation to Your Process:

• We develop each press according to the specific application. If required, we can include:
