INES d.o.o. acquires Vista Hidravlika d.o.o.
INES d.o.o. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Vista Hidravlika d.o.o. from Žiri, a company known for its many years of experience in the design, installation and servicing of hydraulic systems and equipment.
- Vista Hidravlika is a small specialised company whose core business has focused on the development and production of hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic power units, mini hydraulic power units and other hydraulic equipment for various industrial sectors. Its solutions are used in mechanical engineering, the wood-processing industry, the food industry, plastics manufacturing, shipbuilding, hydroelectric power plants and other demanding industrial environments.
- With the acquisition of Vista Hidravlika, we are further expanding our hydraulics programme and strengthening our in-house capabilities in the production, refurbishment, servicing and development of hydraulic solutions. This will allow us to offer existing and new customers an even broader range of services – from the supply of hydraulic components and the production of hydraulic cylinders and power units to complete solutions for machinery and industrial equipment.
- The acquisition represents an important step in the continued development of INES d.o.o.’s hydraulics programme. Our goal is to combine the knowledge, experience and technical capabilities of both companies and provide customers with high-quality, reliable and long-lasting solutions.
