Turning
We provide turning services using both CNC and conventional lathes. We combine the speed and precision of CNC machining with the robustness and flexibility of conventional machines—from prototypes to production batches, and from small components to workpieces with large diameters and lengths.
What we can machine:
- Metal turning: Structural and stainless steels, aluminium, brass, bronze and cast materials. Technical plastics can also be machined by prior agreement.
- Operations: Longitudinal turning, facing, profile turning, rough turning, parting-off, chamfering, thread cutting, drilling and milling on lathes equipped with driven tools.
- Typical products: Shafts, bushings, spacers, flanges, rollers, housings and other turned components.

Why choose us
- Two technologies—one team: The right combination of CNC and conventional turning for the optimum balance of cost, lead time and quality.
- Wide working range: From small components to workpieces with diameters of up to Ø1,200 mm and lengths of up to 6,000 mm.
- Consistent surface finish and dimensional accuracy: Reliable repeatability in series production, with machining allowances available for subsequent manufacturing processes.
- Responsive service: Based on customer drawings in DXF, DWG or PDF format, or 3D models in STEP or IGES format, we prepare a quotation and proposed delivery date.
- Flexibility: One-off components, small batches and large production runs, as well as modifications and finishing operations according to customer requirements.
Technical capabilities
- Maximum workpiece length: 6,000 mm
- Maximum workpiece diameter: up to Ø1,650 mm
CNC turning (selected capabilities):
- Ø 500 × 1000 mm
- Ø 480 × 3800 mm
- Ø 1650 × 1400 mm
Conventional turning:
- Maximum workpiece diameter: Ø1,000 mm
- Maximum workpiece length: 9,000 mm for diameters up to Ø300 mm
- Suitable for prototypes, one-off components, modifications and rapid processing of large workpieces.
Documentation and materials:
- Drawings in DXF, DWG or PDF format and 3D models in STEP or IGES format. We can supply the material or machine workpieces from customer-supplied material.
- Part marking and dimensional inspection are available by prior agreement.
Benefits for industry
- Wide dimensional range: Workpieces up to Ø1,650 mm in diameter and 9,000 mm in length, including shafts, rollers, flanges, bushings and structural components.
- Shorter lead times: A combination of CNC and conventional lathes, supported by available production capacity.
- Optimised costs: Selection of the most suitable CNC or conventional turning process according to batch size and machining complexity.
- Surface quality and preparation for subsequent processes: Including grinding, groove machining, thread cutting and assembly.
- A reliable partner from quotation to delivery: Clear feasibility assessment and dependable delivery according to customer requirements.
