Laser Cutting
Laser cutting combines high speed, precision, and clean edges with minimal heat input. We offer both sheet-metal laser cutting and laser cutting of tubes and profiles. Whether you require a one-off component or a production run, we will prepare a tailored quotation and agree on a suitable delivery schedule.
Materials and Profiles We Can Cut:
- Sheet metal: steel, stainless steel, and aluminium – precision cutting of contours, openings, and weld-preparation features.
- Tubes and profiles: round tubes, square profiles, and rectangular profiles – clean cuts and precisely cut openings.
- Material note: common enquiries also include laser cutting of wood, acrylic glass, and glass. For these materials, we can recommend and offer alternative processes by agreement, such as waterjet cutting, to achieve optimal cut quality.

Why Choose Us?
- High-quality cuts with little or no additional processing – a narrow kerf and clean edges suitable for immediate further processing or welding.
- Speed and repeatability – consistent production runs, reliable tolerances, and a seamless workflow from DXF/DWG files to the finished cut part.
- Transparent quotations – sheet-metal laser cutting is quoted based on your sketch or DXF file, material, thickness, and required quantity.
- Two technologies, one team – sheet-metal and tube laser cutting from a single supplier, with waterjet or flame cutting available when required.
Technical Capabilities
Sheet-metal laser cutting using fibre laser technology:
- Maximum sheet size: up to 4,000 × 2,000 mm
- Maximum thickness: up to 60 mm; greater thicknesses are available by agreement and may require a combination with other cutting processes
- Materials: aluminium, structural steel, and stainless steel
- Accepted file formats: DXF and DWG
Tube Laser Cutting:
- Maximum workpiece length: up to 6,000 mm
- Round profiles: up to Ø 450 mm
- Square profiles: up to 285 × 285 mm; for rectangular profiles, the maximum dimensions depend on the aspect ratio
- Maximum wall thickness: up to 15 mm; greater thicknesses may be available by agreement or in combination with other cutting technologies
- Materials: aluminium, structural steel, and stainless steel
Benefits for Industry
- Fewer secondary operations – precise cutting reduces the need for additional machining.
- Shorter lead times compared with other cutting technologies.
- Flexible production volumes – from prototypes to series production, with consistent quality.
- Optimised costs – efficient use of sheet metal, tubes, and profiles.
- Wide range of applications – enclosures, brackets, grilles, flanges, tubular frames, and structural components.
