Flame cutting is a reliable and cost-effective method for cutting thick steel plates. It is ideal for blanks, structural beams, and heavy-duty industrial components where productivity is a priority. When required, we combine flame cutting with waterjet cutting to produce precise contours and process materials that are not suitable for flame cutting.

- Large-format plates and heavy components – dimensions up to 2,000 × 6,000 mm.
- Material thicknesses up to 200 mm, depending on the material grade and hardness.
- Custom shapes produced according to your technical documentation, sketches, or DXF/DWG files.
- For stainless steel, aluminium, and heat-sensitive materials, we offer waterjet cutting without a heat-affected zone.
